Sweet Heat reserves the right to make the final determination for the cause of the damage based on the evidence provided. Buyer may be required to send the damaged product back to Sweet Heat upon request prior to release of a replacement for the damaged product. Please note, in some cases, buyers could be responsible for the return shipping cost and/or up to a 20% restocking fee. This amount can be deducted from their refund in accordance with Amazon return policies. All returns must be initiated through Amazon’s Return Request process. Warranty: Sweet Heat reflectors are backed by a 1 year parts or full-replacement warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects not including ware and tare. Damages caused by misuse or neglect of the product are not covered by the warranty. Shipping damages reported outside of the return window are not covered by the warranty. Warranty is valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Must provide proof of purchase. Buyer must provide clear photo evidence of the defect on an item.
