This dog water fountain design concept is based on the free and unrestrained spirit of Niagara Falls.

In order to do this, Lucas bought almost all brands of pet fountain on the market and found a series of problems, such as: short pump life; black spots caused by inferior materials; non-smooth designs that are difficult to clean and unreasonable height and capacity. When these problems appeared, Lucas decided that they must be resolved.

From design to material selection, more than 400 days and nights, we strictly follow German standards. In terms of design, we have fully considered the dog’s habits, drinking angle, daily water consumption etc; For facilitate cleaning,our products do not have an extra groove design. For reduce the noise caused by water flow. We designed a 8 inch high reservoir to pump the water up and the inclination of the water flow was also cleverly designed to be 15 degrees, falling on the slope at the same angle, which perfectly reduced the noise under 30 dbs. when choosing water dispenser materials, we use EU-standard ABS materials and we have also upgraded the material of the water pump motor，to expand the pump life.

3. Please soak the filter in water for 2 minutes and rinse it thoroughly under running water before use. It is recommended to flush the filter and sponge with water every time you change the water.

4. According to your pet’s drinking frequency and the number of pets using the fountain, replace the filter every 2 to 3 weeks .
