How the thermometer hygrometer works

Plug the Wifi gateway into the socket; then open the back cover of the humidity sensor and pull out the insulating sheet.

Download ‘Govee Home’ on App Store or Google Play to your cellphone.

Open the app and sign up for an account with your email address. You can also export the data in CSV format to any email address.

Click the icon ‘+’ at the top right corner and select H5041 device.

Follow the app prompt to connect your wifi Gateway with your router(not support 5G wifi).

Name each sensor like Basement/Cigar Humidors/Wine Cellars/Greenhouses/Dog House.

Set up an alarm temperature or humidity; monitor the temperature and humidity as long as your phone has signal.

Prompt Alert

You will receive the alert notification once the temperature or humidity goes beyond the preset range, allowing timely action for air condition improvement.

Remote Monitor

WiFi connectivity enables remote monitoring on the Govee Home app. Thus you can check the temperature and humidity of the wine cellar in your home even if you’re outside.

Data Storage/Export

2-year Cloud data storage allows you to clearly know the temp and humidity changing over years. It also features sending data exported to your email in CSV format.
